The Contract will involve the successful Bidder providing Development Consultant and Clerk of Works Services for the development and construction of approximately three hundred new homes at Dunbeg, Oban. The approximate envisaged works cost for the development is 56,786,693 and it is anticipated that the service will commence in September 2018 and it is currently envisaged that all three hundred new homes will be completed by March 2021.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
