National Records of Scotland have appointed Contractor to provide a fully managed service to deliver all elements of the print, logistics and paper capture (PLPC) requirements for Scotland's Census 2021. The PLPC services comprise all facilities, security arrangements, systems, infrastructure, procedures, training and staffing required to successfully run the operations.
