MTC Flexible Floor Finishes
Notice Description
Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies to undertake the supply, installation and associated works for flexible floor finishes throughout the Council's housing stock and commercial buildings as required. The Contract Period is 3 years with the option to extend for up to an additional 1 year. The Contract Period is anticipated to commence early December 2018. The date will be confirmed in the Letter of Acceptance. As a guide it is anticipated that the estimated annual spend under the Contract will be in the region of 150000 GBP or 600000 GBP over the maximum period of up to four years, ie 3 + up to 1 year. This value is to give Tenderers an indication only of the potential annual spend under the Contract, however, no level of business can be guaranteed.
