Notice Description

Historic Environment Scotland (HES) use two telephony systems the Edinburgh headquarter buildings. Longmore House (LH) is served by a Siemens Realitis DX Private branch Exchange supporting approximately 400 users and John Sinclair House (JSH) has a Mitel 3300 system (IP to PBX, ISDN2 from PBX > external).The scope of this ITT and subsequent project will be to replace both these systems with a modern, unified communications platform. This solution must integrate fully with Skype for Business and be supported by the bidder for any BAU technical issues.HES are calling off from The Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM1045 - Network Services; Lot 10 Integrated communications.
