Lot 1
The objective of this ITT is to appoint a contractor to conduct a full Environmental Appraisal of EMEC's wave test site, Billia Croo, to support a Section 36 consent application for the site. The Environmental Appraisal should aim to pre-appraise potential deployments and activities, based on an envelope, within the context of the wider test site. The Environmental Appraisal should supply sufficient information for EMEC to produce an Environmental Statement for the purposes of the Section 36 consent.
