Routine cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of common close areas, common window cleaning and adhoc cleaning works such as bulk uplifts, needle uplifts and disposal and fire safety inspection works.

Lot Information

Lot 1

Ayrshire Housing requires a suitably qualified cleaning company to carry out their routine cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of common close areas, including all associated areas. The works will also include the cleaning of windows internally and externally on a monthly and quarterly basis. Deep cleaning and bulk refuse removal on an ad-hoc basis, pest control and needles uplifts are also included within this contract together with the inspection of fire doors and emergency lighting. The full description of works is set out within the Specification section included within the draft Invitation to Tender document which has been downloaded to the Portal to assist Bidders in understanding the contract requirements.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract for any variable period up to a maximum of 36 months.
