Award of Mini Competition - Energy Performance Certificates
Notice Description
Under "Energy Performance of Building (SCOTLAND) Regulation 2009 as amended" the City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is required to display a valid Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) in all buildings over 250m2 that are accessed by the general public. An EPC is valid for 10 years and can only be issued by an approved Contractor.To ensure compliance the Council is seeking to appoint an approved Contractor to provide EPCs.
