Notice Description

The main scope of works comprise the removal of the existing roof finishes to expose the concrete roof structure / screed below and the removal of the existing roof perimeter screen and support columns (the 10mm Bauder HP laminated exterior cladding panels are to be carefully removed, protected and put in secure storage for re-use); carry out repairs where required to the roof structure / screed, supply and install a new insulated roof system together with the replacement of the roof perimeter screen reusing the existing sheet cladding to new stainless steel support columns; and the pressure cleaning of the existing roof drainage installation.
