Aberdeenshire Council requires a legal case management system to support its solicitors and paralegals in Advice, Representation, Governance, Commercial, Committee Services and Conveyancing teams, who provide professional legal advice to clients throughout the Council. The scope of this legal casework covers a range of high value/high risk areas including (but not limited to) Child and Adult Protection, Employee tribunals, Planning, Procurement and providing legal advice and support to Committees.. Please also see the additional documents uploaded: information security policy, etc.

Renewal: 2 x 1-year extensions, i.e. to a maximum contract period of 5 years.
