Argyll and Bute Council are looking to arrange a pool of qualified contractors to form Dynamic Purchasing System for further mini-competitions in the future.. Please note this is not a tender at this stage. This is ESPD or qualification stage, following which we plan to publish first mini-competition on PCS-T for those appointed on this DPS.

Options: As per Procurement Regulations.

Renewal: This DPS is let on proof of concept basis for 12 months initially. It can be extended further for a maximum total duration of 5 years from the date of publication of the first mini-competition.
