Notice Description
BHA will seek designers to assist with the improvement works for Backcourts serving 55 dwellings situated at 26-28 Errogie St, 7 Easterhouse Place, 137-149 Easterhouse Rd. We would be keen to complete designs (with all of the client consultation and resident engagement this involves) and be on site during 2019/20.

Lot 1
BHA seek an Architect/Landscape Architect to take forward the design of backcourt improvement works. This will be a two stage procedure. We will initially ask for an ESPD to be completed. Assess this and then invite bidders to be assessed. We will select Designers on the basis of 60% quality and 40% price.
