It is Knowes Housing Association's intention to enter into a Contract with one Contractor for the provision of out of hours day to day reactive repair works. The Contract is to be let for a period of two years subject to satisfactory performance against published Key Performance Indicators. The Association will retain the option to extend the contract for a maximum period of a further two years on a yearly basis.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: Extension of contract up to a further two years on a yearly basis.
