Notice Description

Description of Works : Carry out an inital survey of existing pools in order to determine the true extent of the works and identify the anticipated costs prior to approval being granted by the Employer for carrying out the work Clean down existing surfaces and then carefully remove all loose grout from existing joints and re-grout the entire pool tile surfaces including above water level freeboard extending to scum channel with ARDEX WA Epoxide Adhesive/Tile grout (colour grey) all in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations,tiles generally mosaic Note: Only experienced tiling contractors will be considered for inclusion on the tender list. Note :the pool will be drained by SLC and the works have been programmed to be carried out from the 3rd to the 21st December
