Expressions of Interest are sought for potential Family Centre at Lady Cathcart, Buckie in partnership with Moray Council by Friday 26th October 2018. Please note your interest by clicking on the "Record your Interest" icon in this Notice. The expectations from a partner would be as follows: Refurbishment of allocated rooms within the building. Providing the necessary resources including ICT equipment/play equipment etc. Delivery of accredited progression courses towards ELC qualifications (contributing to the required increase in the ELC workforce by August 2020). Deliver a structured programme of family support. The family support programme could encompass Parental Support and Skills, Family Learning, Family Access to ELC - in particular eligible 2s, Parental Learning - building parent/carers confidence and skills for participation in learning and employment. Providing the staff to support the running of the Centre, including family support worker(s) Liaising with partners and the community to provide additional family support services.
