Tender Return: March 2019 Approx. Contract Award: March 2019 Approx. Contract Start Date: May 2019 Approx. Contract Completion Date: July 2019. Tender evaluation and contract award will be on the basis of most economically advantageous tender (Price/Quality). Contract Type - NEC 3 ECC. The full terms are contained in the Pre-Qualification documents accompanying issue of this Notice.. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
