Notice Description

East Renfrewshire Council (ERC) will shortly be issuing tender documents as it seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake refurbishment works, including rot works, kitchen and bathroom replacements, external wall insulation and internal wall insulation render systems at 30-40 Barnes Street, Barrhead. The refurbishment works might also include electrical and heating works, plaster works and some other small multi trades works i.e. joinery.

The successful contractor will provide a managed contract so will not only carry out the work but will also administer the required paperwork which involves Energy Performance Surveys (before and after the works), pre and post EPCs for the HEEPS section of the works and CP12's for the CPD portion of the contract. Building Warrant submissions, structural engineers certificates shall be obtained by ERC.
