Notice Description

Knowes Housing Association is a registered social landlord which owns and manages 1032 properties in the Faifley/Duntocher area of Clydebank and provides factoring services to 598 owner occupied properties in the area. We are looking to retender the contract for our insurance services for a period of 3 years which can be extended for a further two. We have 23 members of staff and 15 voluntary committee members. Our present contract is due to terminate in March 2019.
