Notice Description
This framework is for new build construction of residential developments. It is anticipated that the majority of schemes under the Framework Contract will comprise of social rented properties, although users may utilise the framework for other tenure, mixed tenure and any other residential schemes with particular requirements (e.g. care homes, supported living accommodation, student accommodation, temporary accommodation).
Lot Information
Developments of 1-15 units - Design & Build
This lot is for the development of 1-15 residential units for design & build. It is anticipated that the majority of schemes under the Framework Contract will comprise of social rented properties, although users may utilise the framework for other tenure, mixed tenure and any other residential schemes with particular requirements (e.g. care homes, supported living accommodation, student accommodation, temporary accommodation).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Please see the Invitation to Participate contained on the PCS-Tender project relevant to this procurement and the other Tender Documents for further information.
Renewal: The Framework Contract will be for a maximum period of 48 months. The initial period of the Framework Contract will run for 24 months from the starting date with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months subject to satisfactory operation and performance. Any periods of extension will be at the sole discretion of Scotland Excel.
