Learning Opportunities Services - Tender for contract for services to deliver approximately 80,000 learner hours of activity annually across the Aberdeen City and Shire region. The arrangement is for the delivery of education and training programmes which are typically aimed at hard to reach, disadvantaged, homeless and/or at risk individuals.
