With reference to ESPD question 4A.2, tenderers are required to confirm that all persons engaged as a Forensic Physician in the Police Custody Healthcare Service and undertaking custody healthcare duties have a full valid driving licence. With reference to ESPD question 4A.2, tenderers are required to confirm that the Lead Clinician has attained or is working towards Membership of the Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine (FFLM) or has equivalent postgraduate qualification or experience."
