Notice Description

The Contract principally involves cyclical painting and decoration services throughout Barrhead, Neilston, Newton Mearns and Thornliebank, East Renfrewshire which will be progressively undertaken on an annual basis from the Commencement Dates and Contract Period's stated within Clause 2.0 of Section 3 of this document.However, Barrhead Housing Association reserve the right to amend the properties included within each Year and each annual Contract Period as required to reflect changes in annual budgets, priorities, refusal of owners or factors consents, acquisition of new stock and revised Stock Condition Survey data. Bidders must take account of these requirements within their Tender as no recompense or loss will be paid to the Successful Bidder should Barrhead Housing Association apply these requirements during the Six-Year programme.Barrhead Housing Association's anticipated Programme requires painting and decoration services by the successful Bidder to the properties described within Tender Document 4 'Master Property List' over the six-year cycle commencing on Monday 1st April 2019. Barrhead Housing Association's Programme over the six-year cycle is anticipated to be;* Year One, 2019, commencing on 1st April 2019;* Year Two, 2020, commencing on 6th April 2020;* Year Three, 2021, commencing on 5th April 2021;* Year Four, 2022, commencing on 4th April 2022;* Year Five, 2023, commencing on 3rd April 2023;* Year Six, 2024, commencing on 1st April 2024.
