The following minimum standards are applicable to section 4 - Technical and Professional Ability: 4.B.1.1.The bidder should provide its (general) yearly turnover for the last 2 full financial years 4B.5.1 Insurance requirements: Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5 Million GBP Public Liability Insurance = 5 Million GBP 4C.1.2: Bidders will be required to provide atleast TWO examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in part II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice. All other requirements are as shown in the ESPD and Tender Assessment and Evaluation."
