Notice Description
The contract offered is for an initial 6-month period, effective from 1st April 2019 until 30th September 2019, with an option to extend for a further 3 months until 31st December 2019. This is a short duration contract to fulfil our current requirements while we work towards putting a more strategic contract in place. It is envisaged that the larger contract will be competitively tendered for in the summer of 2019. Se wish to appoint a single contractor to provide a professionally managed, high quality Planned, Preventative and Reactive Maintenance service to their offices.

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to appoint a single Contractor to provide a professionally managed, high quality Planned, Preventative and Reactive Maintenance service to SE. The service will be carried out across 12 of the 13 SE offices in Scotland. The contract offered is for an initial 6-month period, effective from 1st April 2019 until 30th September 2019, with an option to extend for a further 3 months until 31st December 2019. This is a short duration contract to fulfil our current requirements while we work towards putting a more strategic contract in place. It is envisaged that the larger contract will be competitively tendered for in the summer of 2019.
Renewal: The contract will be for an initial duration of 6 months, with the option to extend for an additional 3 months
