CMAL0182 Tarbert, Lochmaddy and Uig Ferry Terminal Upgrades - This is a collaborative procurement exercise being undertaken on behalf of Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL), Comhairle nan Eilean Siar (CnES) and The Highland Council (THC). CMAL owns the ferry terminal at Tarbert (Harris), CnES owns the ferry terminal at Lochmaddy (North Uist) and THC owns the ferry terminal at Uig (Skye).While the procurement process is being progressed as a collaborative exercise, it is intended that separate construction contracts be awarded for each site, with CMAL being Client/ Employer for Tarbert, CnES being Client/ Employer for Lochmaddy, and THC being Client/ Employer for Uig. Full details of the procurement exercise can be found in the ESPD Briefing Information appended to this notice. This document contains a description of the scope of works at each site It is therefore essential that tenders refer to this document. -
