Notice Description
The work comprises pre-paint repairs and external/internal painterwork to residential properties. Internal works will be limited to communal areas only i.e. stairwells and corridors, timber entrance doors, communal windows, handrails/balustrading and the like and will not involve any internal decoration of residents homes

It is Abertay HA intention to enter into a Contract with a contractor from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2022 to deliver the cyclical painter work to approx. 870nr properties over the duration of the contract.
Renewal: a possibility of extending the contract for a further 12 months
