This contract notice relates to the setting up of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which will be used by Dumfries and Galloway Council and its partners to procure Transport contracts to deliver a range of transport requirements the Dynamic Purchasing System including but not limited to Local Bus Services , School Transport Services, Taxi services, Additional Support Needs Transport Services, Social Care Transport and Transportation of School Meals .

Transport Services - Under 5 Passenger Seats (Nithsdale)
All Transport Services using a vehicle with under 5 passenger seats taking place in the Nithsdale area of Dumfries and Galloway. This may include but not limited to school transport, taxi services, transport for those with additional support needs, transport of school meals and patient transport.. Award Criteria will be specified during any mini competitions operated through the Dynamic purchasing system. The criteria will vary depending on the specific requirements been procured. All information in relation to minimum criteria for ESPD is outlined within the relevant sections of this contract notice
