We are looking for an Agile/Scrum Consultant with a proven track record of working to evangelise/coach in agile practices/techniques (particularly Scrum), and also perform as a Scrum Master. The role will require the individual to:* Validate / build out SQA agile process and associated governance (note - this is not a clean sheet, it will be given further substance as to what we have, and working within wider SQA governance structures)* Produce and deliver guidance/training on agile to a variety of stakeholders (including management, project team, support staff and business leads). Ideally they will be conversant with usage of TFS.* Facilitate project delivery by acting in a Scrum Master role for the Data Platforms projectAt the end of the engagement the intent is that the project scrum team will be able to function without the ongoing support from the contractor, so knowledge transfer is key to this engagement
