Notice Description
The Framework Agreement covers the supply, delivery and installation of Window Coverings for the higher education (HE) institutions and further education (FE) institutions of Scotland, as per Appendix E. The Framework Agreement is split into four geographical lots: Lot 1 - Edinburgh, Fife, Lothian & Borders Lot 2 - Central, Stirlingshire, Perthshire, Dundee & Tayside Lot 3 - Aberdeen, Grampians, Highlands & Islands Lot 4 - Greater Glasgow, Ayrshire & South West of Scotland A maximum of 3 Contractors have been be appointed per lot. The agreement is for a period of 24 months with the option to extend for a further period of 24 months.
Lot Information
Edinburgh, Fife, Lothian & Borders
The purpose of this Lot was to provide a Supply, Delivery and Installation service to the Institutions in Edinburgh, Fife, Lothian & Borders. There are three appointed contractors on this Lot.. Economic operators may have been excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years. The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.
Aberdeen, Grampians, Highlands & IslandsThe purpose of this Lot was to provide a Supply, Delivery and Installation service to the Institutions in Aberdeen, Grampians and the Highlands & Islands. There is one appointed contractor on this Lot.. Economic operators may have been excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years. The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.
Greater Glasgow, Ayrshire & South West of ScotlandThe purpose of this Lot was to provide a Supply, Delivery and Installation service to the Institutions in Greater Glasgow, Ayrshire & South West of Scotland. There are three appointed contractors on this Lot..
