Notice Description

East Dunbartonshire Council require a single contractor to be appointed to survey all homes provided in the attached list, complete all external wall insulation only and project manage all works as part for the 'Home Energy Efficiency Programme for Scotland'. The contractor will be expected to provide a customer focused approach when dealing with all home owners and council tenants on a one to one basis. The contractor will be required to work alongside the Housing & Neighbourhood Services Department ensuring clear communication lines are made and bi-weekly or monthly update meetings at a designated council office in Kirkintilloch
