Housing Capital Investment Programme - MR Render Framework
Notice Description
In line with the Council's responsibilities as a social housing landlord a 'Housing Improvement Programme' is being carried out across the authority's housing stock in order to upgrade the condition of the properties. As part of this programme the Council requires Supplier(s) to provide re-rendering to a variety of house types across our housing stock.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The Council requires the installation of Rendering to residential properties including all necessary preparation works, scaffolding, down takings, repairs/remedial works, ancillary works and reinstatement. .. This notice is in respect of award of a Framework Agreement.
Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to instruct ancillary works that may be required as a result of the tender works. The Contracting Authority's decision in respect of this shall be final.
Renewal: The Contracting Authority shall have the option to extend the contract period by a further 12 months, to any or all of the successful framework suppliers. Please note that the decision to extend shall be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority whose decision shall be final.
