The purpose of the work is to produce a Circular Economy Strategy and a Business Case and impact assessment for an Innovation Network and Associated Innovation Development Fund study by 31 March 2019 in collaboration with the overall project development team. The Strategy, Business Case and Impact Assessment are the first phase in the delivery of a wider strategic plan by OGIC.
