PURCH1657 Provision of a High end measurement system for analysis of 3D vibrations of MEMs. High-end measurement system for advanced analysis of 3-dimensional vibrations of MEMS and other precision manufactured transducers and devices up to at least 20MHz, based on three integrated laser Doppler vibrometers, including vibrometer hardware, data management system PC with monitor, software for data analysis and post processing. A motorised stand with z-axis travel, controlled by the measurement instrument software, or joystick. Tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland.
