Notice Description
The Scottish Government's Directorate for Energy and Climate Change wish to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement in order to provide the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland with a range of advice, support and analysis on the energy, water and environment related sectors. An Open procedure will be used and will consist of a single Lot.

Lot 1
This will be available for use by the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland with work encompassing economic, environmental and technical analysis and commercial services. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to: - Consumer engagement and protection; - Energy efficiency; - System security and flexibility; - Local energy systems; - Electric vehicles - Renewable and low carbon solutions; and - Oil and gas industry.. Potential bidder were alerted to this opportunity previously via a Prior Information Notice (PIN) issued by the Scottish Government on 28th November 2018 PIN No. NOV338474
