Notice Description

A central requirement of Property Services is to ensure that Council properties, facilities and assets are of an excellent standard, are maintained in a manner that complies with statutory legislation and that the appropriate records are maintained. The Council wish to appoint a suitable and experienced Contractor to carry out the reroofing works at both St Filan's Primary School and Gallowhill Primary School.

Gallowhill Primary School

The works will involve; Installation of max.100mm roof insulation. Raise edge details, any fan housings, svp etc altered to accommodate; renewal of roof covering throughout by TOR coatings. Renewal or removal of rooflights. Replacement fascia. Replace lightning protection at water tower. Video survey of the underground rainwater pipes.

St Fillan's Primary School

The works will involve; Reroofing including new tiles on pitched roofs and insulation and TOR waterproof sealant on flat roofs. Replacement fascia and new clear storey windows. Replacement rooflights and rainwater goods.
