Scottish Borders Housing Association is going through a period of change and one key aspect is to review the accounting software package. A new system is required to provide operating efficiencies, digital services and full integration between other associated software packages used throughout the association.

Scottish Borders Housing Association is going through a period of change and one key aspect is to review the accounting software package. A new system is required to provide operating efficiencies and digital integration between other associated software packages used throughout the association. Potential Services include, but are not limited to: Supply and Implementation; Migration Support; Integrations; Support and Maintenance). *** CHANGES FROM PREVIOUS CONTRACT *** The systems can be hosted on-premise on SBHA servers, externally hosted or delivered as a SaaS solution. The total cost of ownership will be taken into account for each option. We have removed the requirement to have proven experience of integrating to Northgate Housing System. We have removed the estimated budget of 160k GBP over 5 years.

Options: Additional modules may be required during the Contract.

Renewal: At the discretion of SBHA the Contract may be extended by 2 * 12 month increments.
