The Council has a requirement for the treatment and recycling of approximately 1000 tonnes of plasterboard, without guarantee which is collected from householders through Fraserburgh and Peterhead Household Waste Recycling Centres(HWRCs).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8&9 of the Procurement (Scot) Reg 2016. Bidders require to advise if they intend to subcontract any share of the contract to third parties & to list any subcontractors that they propose to use to ensure all third parties comply with the requirements of Tender (2D.1 ESPD).

Renewal: Option to extend for 12 months

Treatment-Recycling of Plasterboard from Huntly, Macduff & Turriff HWRCs

The Council has a requirement for the treatment and recycling of approximately 1000 tonnes of plasterboard, without guarantee which is collected from householders through Huntly, Macduff and Turriff Household Waste Recycling Centres(HWRCs).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8&9 of the Procurement (Scot) Reg 2016. Bidders require to advise if they intend to subcontract any share of the contract to third parties & to list any subcontractors that they propose to use to ensure all third parties comply with the requirements of Tender (2D.1 ESPD).
