NAC/2164 - General Building Repairs Framework (Plumbing, Glazing and Door Entry Repairs)
Notice Description
The General Building Repair Framework is a multi-lot ranked Framework Agreement designed to support North Ayrshire Council's in-house teams in the following areas; Lot 1 - Plumbing Repairs Lot 2 - Glazing Repairs Lot 3 - Door Entry Repairs North Ayrshire Council have previously tendered these requirements as part of Framework NAC/2144 (General Building Repairs), however due to a poor response rate on these Lots there is a requirement to re-tender the above 3 trade areas.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Plumbing Repairs
North Ayrshire Council requires Suppliers to provide additional labour to support North Ayrshire Council in its operations and duties. Lot 1 seeks to appoint plumbing suppliers to provide support for maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency works as described in the Schedule of Rates.
Renewal: The Contract Period will be 3 (three) years, plus the option to extend monthly for upto an additional 2 years.
Lot 2 - Glazing RepairsNorth Ayrshire Council requires Suppliers to provide additional labour to support North Ayrshire Council in its operations and duties. Lot 2 seeks to appoint glazing suppliers to provides support for maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency works as described in the Schedule of Rates.
