The policy must set out responsibilities for quality management demonstrating that the bidder has, and continues to implement, a quality management policy that is authorised by their Chief Executive, or equivalent, which is periodically reviewed at a senior management level. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work to be undertaken and set out responsibilities for quality management throughout the organisation. (Pass / Fail) And Bidders require to confirm that they hold current membership of the Legionella Control Association (or equivalent) for the following categories: Cleaning & Disinfection Services And Prior to any contract award the preferred bidder will require to provide their Health & Safety Policy; a Risk Assessment and Method Statement in relation to the works; details of any HSE Breaches over the last 5 years; RIDDOR statistics over the last 3 years; and any additional information in relation to Health & Safety as requested by RCH's Health & Safety Officer."
