PURCH1672 Provision Of Contract Agreement 458 Custom-Made Peptides Of Hepatitis C Virus Genotype 4d. As part of our University of Glasgow research group, we wish to generate a library of overlapping peptides covering the hepatitis C virus genotype 4d. The peptides will be used for T cell epitope mapping to see regions of hepatitis C genotype 4d that are being recognised by the immune system. To this end, we require peptides that are at least 70% pure in order to limit non-specific activation and to limit the toxicity of T cells. Depending on the cost, we will also consider purchasing peptides that are at least 80% pure. Tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland.
