The Council wish to appoint a provider for Homeowners Buildings Insurance (Right to Buy). Approximately 4,250 homeowners are currently insured under the existing arrangements. The start date of the contract is 1 October 2019.. The contract that will be awarded from this tender will be for a period of 4 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance, financial standing and available funding

Renewal: Contract will be reviewed prior to the end of the 4 year initial term to determine whether the extension will be granted.
