Notice Description
Forestry and Land Scotland has appointed a Certification Body to provide auditing and surveillance of its policies, procedures and practices against the current UK Woodland Assurance Standard (UKWAS). Forestry and Land Scotland requires dual certification to both Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) schemes.

Forestry and Land Scotland has appointed a Certification Body to provide auditing and surveillance of its policies, procedures and practices against the current UK Woodland Assurance Standard (UKWAS). Forestry and Land Scotland requires dual certification to both Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) schemes for: Forest Management; Chain of Custody for Timber; and Chain of Custody for Venison.. There may be a requirement for additional UKWAS-related consultancy services outwith the scope of the audit, which shall be included under this Contract.
