By putting additional marketing resources behind this project, you will help ensure that we engage with new local and UK audiences; reach international audiences in Malawi, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia, as well as in North America and Europe where there are strong links to Livingstone; Marketing - The Trust requires tangible outputs on our social media, website and marketing activities, and these will be directed through the Social Media Implementation Plan (to be produced during the first stages of the project by the appointed consultant). It will provide targets for each of our platforms and this will include number of unique visits to the website, the reach of our social media activities as well as the increase in followers and likes. This would also include reviewing the website and its impact, advising on improvements and implementing a ticketing system, including on-line ticket purchasing.
