The Authority wish to commission research activity to evaluate the impact of the Small Business Bonus Scheme in Scotland and explore how the scheme could be improved. This will include engagement with a range of participants and stakeholders and will involve different approaches and methodologies to gather the required information.
Options: Bidders will be asked to describe the process, relevance and price of conducting data analysis that is dependent on the quality of a dataset that is being prepared for them. If the data is not of sufficient quality, this analysis will not form part of the contract or price paid.
