The contract is for the cleaning of interior common spaces within 2 extra care (very sheltered) housing facilities within Erskine. The work will include the cleaning of most common areas and ancillary spaces within the facilities including those used by staff and visitors. Cleaning of domestic flats within the facilities is specifically excluded. The contract period is for a maximum of 3 years.

Renewal: Contract may be extended for an addition 1 year. Estimated annual value 20,000 excl VAT.
