Notice Description
Dumfries and Galloway Council is looking to and shall appoint a suitable skilled contractor to carrying out a programme of surveys across its estate on an instruction basis These surveys will be primarily management surveys. However, the council may look to conduct refurbishment surveys of some properties where the authority will instruct accordingly. Dumfries and Galloway Council estate comprises of approximately 500 properties including but not limited to schools, offices, village halls and leisure facilities.
