Room Booking / Automated Reception

Notice Description

The purpose of this Public Information Notice is to allow East Renfrewshire Council (ERC) to engage with the marketplace and carry out a soft-market test exercise with a view to providing: - A single, self-service room booking and management system that allows users to book eligible rooms in nominated buildings across ERC's estate. Invites to attendees (both internal and external) will automatically be generated and must update Outlook / Office 365 calendars as required. This will facilitate improved flexible working between buildings and remove the current need for various restrictive admin processes that are currently in place. - An automated reception solution that will reduce the need for manned reception areas and provide a better service to customers and visitors to ERC buildings. - The room booking and automated reception systems must integrate, without the need for manual intervention, in order add and update necessary information as required.
