City of Glasgow College are looking for an organisation who can supply them with Labour Market Analysis on the local, regional and national economy enabling them to identify where their current curriculum provision is meeting the demand of the market and where there are gaps. They require a comprehensive set of real-time and traditional labour market information, giving them instant access to key local information on jobs and skills across industries and occupations all in one place. This information will be used to help the College identify areas of growth and decline in the local areas, confidently market their curriculum and build relationships with employers by identifying skills gaps. Ideally, in addition, the College are seeking the same organisation to provide a Careers Coach web-based solution that provides localised labour market intelligence to promote their curriculum offer and inform careers information, advice and guidance activities. This is required to inform prospective students how the education we provide will lead to local sustainable careers that interest them, and gives them local data on employment demand and salary. The College requires this platform to interface with the Colleges Website. The College are in the early stages of investigating their needs and requirements but wish organisations that can provide what they are looking for to note interest and provide information of their products.
