The staff member's core skills, qualifications, accreditations, experience and competency should be provided. If the bidder has decided to subcontract core elements of the contract and relies on the subcontractor's capacities and capabilities to perform that part, then a separate ESPD for such subcontractors must be completed.(Info only) ESPD 4D.1 Bidders must be able to produce certificates drawn up by independent bodies attesting that the bidder holds a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 (or equivalent), or a documented policy regarding quality management. The policy must set out responsibilities for quality management demonstrating that the bidder has, and continues to implement, a quality management policy that is authorised by their Chief Executive, or equivalent, which is periodically reviewed at a senior management level. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work to be undertaken and set out responsibilities for quality management throughout the organisation. (Pass / Fail) And Prior to any contract award the preferred bidder will require to provide their Health & Safety Policy; a Risk Assessment and Method Statement in relation to the works; details of any HSE Breaches over the last 5 years; RIDDOR statistics over the last 3 years; and any additional information in relation to Health & Safety as requested by RCH's Health & Safety Officer."
