The new proposed facility will be located in the Lyell Support Building comprising 2 of the 3 no bays. Further detailed information regarding this project can be found within Appendix K - Proposed Brief PR232 EOR.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 or 9 of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
