The Scottish Government, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers wishes to commission the development of a methodology for the calculation of a new national indicator that forms part of Scotland's National Performance Framework (NPF). 'Contribution of development support to other nations' is a newly included national indicator, which will be one of a suite of indicators measuring progress on the new national outcome, 'We are open, connected and make a positive contribution internationally'.
